Petty violence: Tribal rivalry claims four lives near Sukkur

Police shifted the bodies to Kandhra health centre and later handed them over to relatives.

Rivalry between the Shaikh and Janwri clans claimed four lives near Roshanabad village, under Kandhra police limits, near Sukkur, on Wednesday.



Ashiq Ali Shaikh, his brother Mohammad Ali Shaikh, and Abid Ali Shaikh and Janib Ali Shaikh, all of whom were residents of Lashkari village, had gone to work on their agricultural land, when a group of bandits, allegedly from the Janwri tribe, opened fire a them.

Police shifted the bodies to Kandhra health centre and later handed them over to relatives. No case was registered against the culprits till the filing of this report.
