Murder: Abductors confess to killing youth
Police got to know that the SIM used by the abductors was issued on Dilsher’s name.

Two men who abducted and later killed a youth confessed to the commission of their crime in Mukhdoom Rasheed area on Tuesday. Police said that a youth Sohail Aamir had been abducted three days ago and his father Dil Sher informed the police that he had received a phone call from the kidnappers demanding Rs5 million ransom for his release. During the investigation, the police got to know that the SIM used by the abductors was issued on Dilsher’s name who told them that once he gave a copy of his identity card to his cousin Muhammad Ashraf. Police arrested Ashraf and Faqeer Ullah during a raid, who confessed to strangling Sohail when he recognised them.
