The judge acquitted Salman Arshad, Mohammad Tariq and Abdur Razaq in Mohammad Waheed’s murder case, after prosecution failed to prove their involvement in the murder.
Mohammad Majeed, victim’s father, in the FIR claimed that his son was travelling on a motorcycle when two unknown assailants shot him in the back, resulting in his death.
He named two locals, who he said were present at the spot and could identify the assailants.
