Football: Neymar urged to consider Barca

SAO PAULO: Santos striker Neymar revealed that Brazil teammate Ronaldinho was trying to convince him to sign for Barcelona and snub the Premier League in favour of a move to La Liga. Ronaldinho, who had a distinguished five-year spell at Camp Nou, has been advising his compatriot to choose the Catalans over league rivals Real Madrid. “Ronaldinho’s always been something of a benchmark for me,” said Neymar. “I’ve always kept in mind his advice and he speaks wonders of Barcelona.”
