MANDRA: A man shot his brother-in-law dead over a monetary dispute in Mandra on Friday. Police sources while quoting the wife of the victim, Rasheed Khan, said that her brother, Sarzameen Khan, had a dispute with her husband over the payment of Rs50,000. On Friday, Sarzameen opened fire at Rasheed and fled leaving him dead.
