An anti-terrorism court has issued a show-cause notice to Chiniot district police officer (DPO) for noncompliance of court orders.
Judge Ishtiaq Ahmad directed Chiniot DPO to appear before the court on February 27 and state his reasons for absence during the hearings of a terrorism case registered in City police station.
The DPO had been repeatedly summoned by the court in a case registered under Section 11-E of the Anti Terrorism Act (ATA).
