The Khanpur police seized a large quantity of explosive material and arrested a man here on Wednesday night. ASI of Pind Muneem police said that on a tip-off, police searched a Suzuki pickup and recovered 1,000 detonators and 148 cartridges filled with explosive substance and four bundles of iron wire.
