Shootout: Two policemen, bandit killed
Policemen were patrolling the area when an encounter with bandits led to the shootout.
ABBOTABAD:
Two police constables and an alleged bandit were killed in a shootout in the Mir Alam Town area of Mirpur on Wednesday evening.
The Abbottabad District Police Officer said that the slain policemen were patrolling the area when an encounter with bandits led to the shootout. The two policemen, before succumbing to their injuries, also killed a bandit while attempting to defend themselves.
