LAHORE: A mela was organised on February 19 (Sunday) by Zaitoon Group and Rafi Group. The event that included a range of activities, both for adults and children, was organised for current and prospective clients of New Lahore City (NLC), a housing scheme launched jointly by the two groups. The mela, according to a press release, included magic shows, a concert, face painting and food stalls, singing and poetry competitions, and races for children. Sales and Customer Care Information counters had been set up at the event to answer clients’queries. Those who attended said that the event had allowed them to interact with their “future neighbours”.
