Funeral prayers of Raza Haider, guard offered
The funeral prayers of assasinated MQM MPA Raza Haider and his guard were offered in Jinnah Ground today.
The funeral prayers of assasinated Muttahida Qaumi Movement MPA, Raza Haider and his guard Khalid were offered at Jinnah Ground in Azizabad Karachi. The MPA was be buried in Azizabad.
Raza Haider along with his guard was shot dead by unknown armed assailants at a local mosque in Nazimabad on Monday evening.
Many MQM leaders including Mustafa Kamal and Haider Abbas Rizvi were present in the funeral. MQM will hold a press conference at 6pm after his burial.
Meanwhile in Karachi, 47 people were killed and more than 100 injured in overnight violence triggered by the murder of MQM MPA.
