Hockey: Eleven teams to contest U21 event
Will feature in the Second Under-21 Girls National Championship to be played at the National Hockey Stadium.

Eleven teams representing various associations and departments will feature in the Second Under-21 Girls National Championship to be played at the National Hockey Stadium in Lahore from April 25. According to information provided by the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF), Punjab and Sindh will field two teams each in the tournament. Meanwhile, other participants include Khyber-Pakthunkhwa, Balochistan and Islamabad. Departmental teams representing Railways, Pakistan Boards, Wapda and Army will also take part in the competition. The championship will help shortlist players for the Pakistan squad set to compete in the Sixth Women’s Junior Asia Cup to be played in Bangkok from June 29, according to the PHF.
