Acid attack: 9-year-old boy admitted in Hyderabad
A nine-year-old boy was admitted for treatment in the Civil Hospital’s burns ward on Monday.

A nine-year-old boy was admitted for treatment in the Civil Hospital’s burns ward on Monday. Abrar Shaikh, a student of class three, was playing outside his home in Shaheed Fazil Rahu taluka of Badin when an unknown person sprayed acid on him, said the boy’s father, Ibrahim Shaikh. According to Dr Muhammad Amjad, the boy’s face was seriously wounded, but other parts of his body remained unharmed.
