Sindh health department introducing new centralised contract system, ensure transparency in the purchase of medicines
KARACHI:
The Sindh health department is introducing a new centralised contract system in order to ensure transparency in the purchase of medicines, said the health minister Dr Sagheer Ahmed. The minister was presiding over the second meeting of the Centralised Contract System Committee. Ahmed said that the objective of the committee was to monitor the quality of medicines at government hospitals and to monitor their price across the province.
