Third-seed Milos Raonic put on an impressive serving display with a straight set semi-final win over Ryan Harrison at the San Jose Open. The 21-year-old Canadian moved another step closer to defending his San Jose title by spinning off 20 aces to win 7-6, 6-2 at the $531,000 ATP Tour tournament. “I think I did a really good job taking care of the serve,” said Raonic. He faces unseeded Denis Istomin in the final after the Uzbek outlasted France’s Julien Benneteau 6-3, 6-7, 6-3.
