Security: Traffic plan for Monday
Offices situated at Constitutional Avenue falling in the Red Zone would be required to reach their offices by 8am
ISLAMABAD:
With many routes around the Red Zone sealed off, the Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) have issued a diversion plan for Monday (today).
The employees whose offices are situated at Constitutional Avenue falling in the Red Zone would be required to reach their offices by 8am, said the ITP.
Those coming from Rawalpindi to Islamabad and going to Secretariat Chowk would use Kashmir Highway and reach their destination after going to Jinnah Avenue via the 7th Avenue or using Daman-e-Koh Chowk and Margallah Road.
Government employees coming from Murree Road, Rawal Dam Chowk, Kashmir Chowk will turn left from Dhokri Chowk. They will use Kashmir Highway, 7th Avenue, Jinnah Avenue, Daman-e-Koh Chowk and then Margallah Road to reach Pak Secretariat.
Those going to the diplomatic area from Margallah Road can move from Trail III, Ayub Chowk and will reach their destinations after passing through Embassy Road or Atta Turk Avenue.
