In court: February 14 fixed for arguments
Petitioner Muhammad Saleem contended that on his father Faqeer Muhammad died at the PIC.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Arif Hamid Sheikh on Saturday fixed February 14 as the date for hearing arguments on a petition seeking direction to Shadman SHO for registration of an FIR against the health secretary, PIC medical superintendant and Mega Pharmaceutical for causing the death over a hundred patients.
Petitioner Muhammad Saleem contended that on his father Faqeer Muhammad died at the PIC from a tainted batch of medicines provided by the PIC. He said that when he approached the SHO concerned to register an FIR against the abovementioned parties, his request was refused.
