Language Day: Event to emphasise mother tongue

ISLAMABAD: A National Language Conference in connection with International Language Day will be organised in February by Sindhi Adabi Sangat at the National Language Authority building. Writers, intellectuals, linguists and leading politicians from all the provinces will participate in the conference. All preparations have been completed for the event during which the participants will highlight the importance of mother tongue and development of regional languages in the country.
