Football: Evra-Suarez in spotlight again
Patrice Evra and Luis Suarez to meet today for the first time since a race row as MU host Liverpool at Old Trafford.
MANCHESTER:
All eyes will be on Patrice Evra and Luis Suarez should the two players meet today for the first time since a race row as Manchester United host Liverpool at Old Trafford. Liverpool forward Suarez was banned for eight games after being found guilty of racially abusing the United defender in a 1-1 draw at Anfield in October. United - who go into the match two points behind leaders Manchester City and 16 ahead of Liverpool - could see midfielder Tom Cleverley come into contention for a first appearance since suffering an ankle problem in October. Meanwhile, Liverpool hope to have left-back Jose Enrique available after he missed Monday’s goal-less draw against Tottenham with a hamstring problem.
