Two killed in Kalat roof collapse
A man and his eight-year-old daughter were killed after the roof of their mud house collapsed due to heavy rainfall.

A man and his eight-year-old daughter were killed after the roof of their mud house collapsed due to heavy rainfall in the Surab area of Kalat on Saturday. Two people were also injured in the incident.
Officials said that Elahi Baksh was sleeping with his family in the house on Gidar Street when the roof collapsed. “Surab received heavy rains on Friday night and the incident took place early in the morning,” an official said.
The bodies were shifted to Civil Hospital Kalat and handed over to the heirs for burial after the completion of legal formalities.
