Militant attack: Three policemen killed in Lakki Marwat
The slain policemen have been identified as Jan Muhammad, Munawwar Khan and driver Zahidullah.

Three policemen were killed and one was injured in an attack by Taliban militants in the Shahbazkhel area of Lakki Marwat, Thursday morning. The Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan Shah Hassan Khel spokesperson, Mansoor, called local media from an undisclosed location and claimed responsibility for the attack. He said it was in reaction to a search operation, in which a number of TTP members had been taken into custody. “If they are not released, we will continue,” he said.
