Hundreds of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf’s (PTI) female activists took out a peaceful demonstration in protest against the closure of Sui gas for domestic consumption, staging a sit-in in front of Jinnah House on Monday. The PTI activists were sporting banners and placards and chanting anti-government slogans, blaming the government for the 20 hour-long sui gas closures that were seriously affecting residents. They added that the situation had hampered industrial and domestic consumers.
