Bacha Khan’s birth anniversary: PHC to remain closed today
Peshawar High Court (PHC) and all its subsidiary courts will remain closed on Thursday.
PESHAWAR:
To observe the 24th birth anniversary of Pakhtun leader Abdul Wali Khan, more famously known as Bacha Khan and the death anniversary of his son Khan Abdul Wali Khan, founder of the Awami National Party (ANP), the Peshawar High Court (PHC) and all its subsidiary courts will remain closed on Thursday. ANP has planned a public gathering at Shah Tehmas Football Stadium in Shahi Bagh where ANP Central President Asfandyar Wali Khan, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti and other prominent personalities are expected to address participants.
