Lawyers withdraw in wife's appeal over confiscation of Musharraf's property
An ATC in Rawalpindi had ordered confiscation of the former president's property in the Benazir Bhutto murder case.

The lawyers of former president Pervez Musharraf's wife have withdrawn their services from the hearing of an application she had filed against confiscation of her husband's property, reported Express News on Monday.
Sehba Musharraf had filed an application in the anti-terrorism court in Rawalpindi against the court’s orders to confiscate Musharraf’s property. Musharraf's staunch allies Fawad Chaudhry, Nayab Gardezi and Muhammad Sohail Chaudhry were representing Sehba in the case.
The court, while hearing the Benazir Bhutto murder case, had ordered the confiscation of transferable and nontransferable property of Musharraf.
The court gave Sehba till January 28 to seek services of new lawyers to represent her in the hearing of the application.
