Giving An Equal Footing: Magsi stresses job quotas for minorities

Magsi also asks government to ensure security to the lives of minorities in the province.

QUETTA: Balochistan governor Nawab Zulfiqar Ali Magsi on Friday asked the government to implement the job quotas reserved for the minorities in all provincial government departments. He also asked them to ensure security to the lives of minorities in the province. He issued these directives after having met the Provincial Minister for Minority Jay Parkash Lal , who informed Magsi about the problems faced by the Hindu community in Balochistan. He also directed the relevant authorities to make arrangements for the celebration of the festivals of minorities in the province.
