Football: Neymar to play for Santos till 2014

Neymar da Silva Santos said he had no plans to leave Santos Football Club in the near future, regardless of the interest shown in him by several European clubs. The Brazilian star, who turns 20 next month, was in Montevideo to receive the accolade of best player in the Americas, awarded by the Uruguayan newspaper El Pais. “I do not plan to go now, I have many things to do in Santos,” said Neymar. “I have a contract and I intend to stay until 2014. Everyone knows it’s a dream to go play in Europe ... I don’t know whether it will be in 2014 or later.”
