The ministry of religious affairs has asked people intending to perform Hajj this year under private schemes to submit complaints against group organisers if they are not provided facilities according to the agreement. According to a press release issued on Thursday, the complaints should be mailed to joint secretary Hajj in charge of complaint cell.
