Pipeline explosion: Gas supply to Quetta suspended again
It will take upto 24 hours to restore the gas supply.

Gas supply to Quetta and some other districts of Balochistan was partially suspended on Tuesday after unknown persons blew up an 18-inch diameter high pressure gas pipeline in Pat Feeder in Sui. According to official sources, unidentified persons attached explosive material to the pipeline a portion of which was destroyed in the resulting blast. The outlawed Baloch Republican Army (BRA) claimed responsibility for the attack. The Sui Southern Gas Company team was dispatched to the area for repairing the damaged pipeline. Repair work will commence once security clearance is given. It will take upto 24 hours to restore the gas supply.
