Targeted Attack: Grenade hurled at ex-govt official’s home
A retired government employee’s residence was attacked with a hand grenade on Brewery Road in Quetta.
QUETTA:
A retired government employee’s residence was attacked with a hand grenade on Brewery Road in the provincial capital on Friday. According to police, unidentified motorcyclists hurled a hand grenade at Saleem Khokar’s residence in Killi Ibraimzai and fled the scene. The grenade exploded inside the house, damaging the door and windows but the family remained unhurt. Police and the bomb disposal squad officials rushed to the spot soon after the attack and cordoned off the area.
