Remodelled: PTCL revamps Islamabad One Stop Shop
PTCL's 133 One-Stop Shops across the country are facilitating customers.

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has inaugurated a revamped and remodelled Islamabad F-7/2 One Stop Shop as part of a Customer First campaign, which focuses on building an enhanced customer care experience. In a press release, PTCL says the Islamabad One Stop Shop, established in 2008, is part of a project covering 19 outlets, which will be remodelled in various cities and towns to provide enhanced customer services. It says the company’s 133 One-Stop Shops across the country are facilitating customers in billing adjustments, fault rectification, new service requests, duplicate bills, billing installments and payments all under one roof. “We want to create a comfortable professional atmosphere in our shops where customers are quickly helped to choose what best fits their needs,” said Executive Vice President Customer Care Kamran Malik.
