Child Prodigy: Arfa undergoes minor procedure

LAHORE: Arfa Karim, the youngest certified Microsoft professional in the world, was operated upon at the Combined Military Hospital on Wednesday. Doctors treating her said that Arfa, who has been on the ventilator for more than two weeks, was filled with an artificial opening in her throat for easier breathing. Arfa suffered cardiac arrest on December 22, and has been under treatment at the CMH since, where she is on life support.
