Broken Promise: Kiran Soomro returns without treatment
Kiran said that her parents tried to contact Sethi but failed.

Kiran Soomro, the girl with a critical heart condition, returned home without treatment. Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani had promised that the government will bear her treatment expenses.
A hospital in Rawalpindi conducted Kiran’s medical examination and reported that the hole in her heart had widened and there was no cure except for a heart transplant. Kiran said that the cabinet secretary, Nargis Sethi, paid her Rs150,000 for medicines from the Baitul Maal and she was discharged from the hospital. Kiran said that her parents tried to contact Sethi but failed.
