LAHORE:
Sixteen people were recovered on Saturday from the custody of brick kiln owners by a bailiff. Petitioner Ali Raza had contended that Malik Jahangir and Haji Aqeel had detained the workers near Raiwind Road. He said that the two men had not paid the workers and prayed the court to recover them from illegal detention. When Bailiff Muhammad Akbar Ali raided the premises four people refused to go with him.
