Crime: Kiln owner killed on resisting robbery

FAISALABAD: The brick kiln owner was killed in a robbery attempt in Khurarianwala police precincts on Thursday. Police said Yasir, 35, a resident of Razabad, was intercepted by two motorcyclists while he was on his way to the kiln near Majjokana Street No8. They said the robbers shot him on putting up resistance and fled with Rs150,000 they had snatched from him. Police have registered a case and started investigation.
