In recognition of her efforts to provide best customer care and outreach services for Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL), the company gave Soofia Khanum the “Top Agent of the Karachi Contact Centre Award” at an awards ceremony, says a press release. Khanum received the award from PTCL Senior Executive Vice President Business Zone South Furqan Habib. The PTCL Contact Centre Karachi plays host to more than 300 customer service agents, who conduct sales and pre-sales activities for the company’s products and services and also respond to customer order queries.
