On Alert: Police to take action for violations in no-go areas
Action against those who hold meetings, processions in 'Red Zones'.
KARACHI:
A spokesperson for the Sindh police announced that people who flout the government orders to avoid no-go areas will have to face legal action.
He said that the purpose to declare any area as a ‘red zone’ is to prevent any meeting, procession or protest rally in these sensitive areas. The purpose is to protect the important installments and buildings or offices of the public sector in addition to life and property.
