Bank Islami defeated UBL by six wickets in the 10th Governor’s Cup Inter-bank Cricket Tournament. UBL were bowled out for 168 before Bank Islami chased down the target courtesy a 71-run knock by Shoaib Bakhtiar. In the second match, ABL beat Bank Alfalah by 64 runs. ABL put up a massive total of 203 for two as Ali Haider (98) and Hafiz Khawar (78*) shone with the bat. In reply, Bank Alfalah could manage only 139 with Majid picking up four wickets. Meanwhile, Faysal Bank recorded a 32-run win over Standard Chartered Bank and Dubai Islamic Bank Limited downed Bank Al-Habib by 64 runs.
