Law and order: Five robbery suspects arrested

Suspects were arrested in a raid conducted on a tip off; illegal arms and cell phones were recovered from the suspects

LAHORE: Shahdara Town police claimed to have arrested five robbery suspects on Sunday, including three proclaimed offenders. SHO Shahdara Asghar Ali identified these as Usman, Abid Masih, Sakhawat Ali, Shahid Ali and Zulfiqar Ali. He said the suspects were arrested in a raid conducted on a tip off. He said illegal arms and cell phones were recovered from the suspects. SHO Asghar Ali said the suspects belonged to Sheikhupura. Abid Masih, Sakhawat and Shahid were proclaimed offenders in Saddar Division police station.
