Cycling: Noor postpones peace tour

Pakistan-born Spanish cyclist postponed his peace tour of Pakistan for a few weeks due to a foot injury.

KARACHI:
Pakistan-born Spanish cyclist Noorul Aziz has postponed his peace tour of Pakistan for a few weeks due to a foot injury, according to his media manager. Noor is currently in Karachi on the invitation of the Pakistan Adventure Cycling Association. He was originally scheduled to begin a 50km cycle tour in Karachi on January 1 starting from the VIP Gate of the Quaid-i-Azam mausoleum. However, doctors have advised Noor to take complete rest for some time after he picked up the foot injury during training. The new date for commencement of the tour has not been announced yet.
