Ahmad Baber brushed aside Saad Zafar to clinch the under-18 title at the Third Sicas Tennis Championship underway at the Baghe Jinnah, Lahore. Babar prevailed 6-1, 6-4 in the final. In the corresponding category for girls, Rida Khalid beat Saba 6-2, 6-3. Meanwhile, Taimoor Ali got the better of Muhammad Saeed 6-3 in the lone set of the U10 event final. Hafiz Arbab eased past Sahabzada Muhammad Ali 6-2, 6-2 in the U12 category. Abdul Haider crushed Arbab Ali 6-3, 6-0 in the championship’s U14 competition.
