Football: KRL continue winning spree

Leaders KRL beat KESC 1-0 in the Pakistan Premier Football League match held at Jinnah Football Stadium, Islamabad yesterday. KRL, who have already assured themselves of the title by taking an unassailable lead in the table, took home maximum points from their penultimate match of the league courtesy Asim Mansoor’s strike in the 84th minute. While KRL sit top with 76 points, KESC are fifth in the league with 51 points having played all their matches.
