Cloth market catches fire in Quetta

QUETTA: A fire engulfed the old clothes market at Zarghon Road in Quetta on Sunday evening causing heavy financial losses.

The reason of the fire has not yet been determined. Dozens of shops in the area have burnt to ashes.

Cylinder blasts also occurred as the fire spread through the market.

Rescue teams reached the spot and are busy in extinguishing fire.

No causality has been reported as yet.

Police has cordoned off the area and is appealing to the locals to stay away from the site.
