Seven inmates of the District Jail Malir were released after the jail staff paid their fines.

Seven inmates of the District Jail Malir were released after the jail staff paid their fines on the orders of Sindh Minister for Jails and Law Muhammad Ayaz Soomro. The prisoners, Muhammad Shahzad, Muhammad Irshad, Muhammad Aslam, Sameer Hussain, Muhammad Javed, Abrar Gulzar and Waheedullah, requested Soomro that he will help them when he visited the jail earlier. The minister announced to arrange lawyers for poor prisoners. He directed the jail superintendents across the province to provide blankets to the inmates.
