Road accident: Man dies; wife, son injured
A man died and a woman and a child were severely injured in a road accident on in Jhang Bazaar
FAISALABAD:
A man died and a woman and a child were severely injured in a road accident on in Jhang Bazaar on Sunday. Motorcyclist Muhammad Siddique, a resident of Chak 7-JB, was on his way to a relative’s house with his wife and son, when they were hit by a speeding bus coming from the opposite direction. Siddique died on the spot, while his wife and son suffered severe injuries. The injured were taken to a nearby hospital, where they were reported to be out of danger. Police arrested the driver and took the vehicle in custody. The driver told the police that the brakes of the bus had failed, which led to the accident.
