Commissions should be formed to fix responsibility for events such as Kargil and East Pakistan, said former federal minister and Pakistan Peoples’ Party Senator Babar Awan on Saturday. “If a commission can be constituted to probe a “piece of paper”, why not the bigger issues?” asked the minister. He was addressing a conference organised by Kharl Sangat Pakistan at the Alhamra Hall.
