Helpline: PTCL enhances customer care services

PTCL said customers can call 0800 80800 for placing an order

ISLAMABAD:
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has said it has enhanced customer care services and is offering dedicated 24-hour, seven-days-a-week helpline services. In a press release issued on Friday, PTCL said customers can call 0800 80800 for placing an order, 1217 for phone directory, 1218 for registering complaints, 1236 for helpline and 1200 for billing helpline. “We remain highly conscious of the fact that our success and growth can only come from satisfied customers,” said PTCL CEO and President Walid Irshaid. PTCL said the web-services portal has been reinforced enabling customers to get all information about the company’s services and conveniently subscribe to them. It said cash payment machines have also been installed at prominent public places all over the country to facilitate bill payment by customers. PRESS RELEASE
