Non-Compliance: FIR to be registered against SHO

Additional District and Sessions Judge Chaudhry Munir Ahmad on Friday directed the operations DIG to register a criminal case against SHO Shahdara for not complying with court orders. In previous proceedings, the judge had directed the SHO to produce witnesses in a rape case but the SHO failed to compley with the order. The judge had earlier stopped the salary of the SHO.
