L’Oreal & PFDC: A tale of two biggies
L’Oreal and PFDC chalk out a fashion guide for the brides of 2012.
L’Oreal Paris and Pakistan Fashion Design Council (PFDC) have announced the team of fashion designers, jewellery designers and make-up artists who will present bridal trends for 2012 at the PFDC L’Oreal Paris Bridal Week 2011. The show, which is a platform to present contemporary and traditional Pakistani bridal fashion, will be held from December 18 to December 21.
The team of fashion designers’ selected for the show is a mix of traditional and contemporary design followers and includes pioneers like Ali Xeeshan, Asifa & Nabeel, Emraan Rajput, Fahad Hussayn, Hassan Sheheryar Yasin (HSY), Karma, Maria B, Nida Azwer, Rouge, Sara Rohale Asghar, Sonia Azhar and Umar Sayeed. Along with clothes, jewellery designs for brides by Jewellers Damas, Gold by Reama Malik and Kiran Fine Jewellery will also be displayed in the fashion week.
Each day of the bridal fashion week will be styled by a different team of stylists and make-up artists. These four make-up teams will be represented by Ather Shahzad, Depilex, Nabila and Toni&Guy while Khawar Riaz will manage male model styling for all four days.
