CJ of LHC restrain UHS from holding MBBS Part-I exams for students enrolled in four colleges not recognized by PMDC

LAHORE:
The Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court on Wednesday dismissed a civil miscellaneous application asking the court to restrain University of Health Science (UHS) from holding MBBS Part-I exams for students enrolled in four government medical colleges that have not yet been recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council. CJ Sheikh Azmat Saeed observed that the requested relief could not be granted through a civil miscellaneous application and asked the petitioner to file a separate writ petition.
