Afghan FC captain returns to football league with a bang.
KARACHI:
Afghan FC downed Baloch FC 3-1 in their Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL) clash to consolidate their second position in the ongoing tournament with just one match left.
Jadeed Khan, the Afghan FC captain who represented the national side at the South Asian Football Federation Championship, made an impressive return to the PPFL with a match-winning hat-trick.
Khan scored the opener in the 30th minute and then doubled his side’s lead in the third minute of the second-half. He completed his hat-trick in the 75th minute before Baloch FC earned a consolation goal.
In another PPFL match, PAF beat KPT 4-2 in Islamabad.
