Golf: Ahmad retains Quaid Open lead

LAHORE: Overnight leader Matloob Ahmad dominated the second day of Quaid-i-Azam Open Golf Championship. Ahmad closed the day atop the leader-board with a gross total of 70 at eight under-par and an aggregate of 136 at eight under-par. Meanwhile, Shafiq Masih was in hot pursuit after he finished with an aggregate of 137 at seven under-par. Amjad Yousaf, with an aggregate of 139, and Shahid Javed Khan, with an aggregate of 140, also remained in the hunt just behind the leaders.
